Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of subscriptions and credit top-ups for the Evolution platform, operated by State Approved Registered Agent, Inc.
15-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 15 days of the date of purchase. Refund requests submitted after this window cannot be honored.
How Refunds Are Calculated
Refunds are matched against the credits you have already consumed at the time of your request. Specifically:
- We deduct the monetary value of any credits used since the purchase from the amount eligible for refund.
- The remaining unused balance from the purchase is carried over and remains available on your account — it is not forfeited.
- If your usage equals or exceeds the value of the purchase, no monetary refund is due, but any remaining credit balance still carries over.
This ensures you only pay for what you actually use, and any credits you've already paid for but not yet spent stay yours.
How to Request a Refund
Because Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record, refunds are processed through Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at info@meticulousmover.org with your order details and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
