This Privacy Notice explains how State Approved Registered Agent, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use the Evolution platform (the "Service"). We act as the data controller for personal data described below.
1. Personal Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email address, login credentials.
- Usage data: prompts, conversations, files you upload, agent outputs, and telemetry about how you interact with the Service.
- Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, log data.
- Support data: messages, attachments, and metadata you send when contacting us.
- Billing identifiers: internal references that link your account to a Paddle customer record. Payment card and tax data is collected directly by Paddle, not by us.
2. How We Use Personal Data
- To create and operate your account and provide the Service (legal basis: performance of a contract).
- To process subscriptions and credit purchases via our Merchant of Record (contract).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents (legitimate interests).
- To improve product quality and reliability (legitimate interests).
- To respond to support requests (contract / legitimate interests).
- To send service announcements and, where permitted, product updates (legitimate interests or consent).
- To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).
3. How We Share Personal Data
We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers / subprocessors who host infrastructure, provide analytics, error monitoring, or customer support tooling on our behalf.
- AI model providers who process prompts and content to generate responses for you, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection terms.
- Merchant of Record: Paddle processes the sale of our products, manages subscriptions, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund handling. See Paddle's privacy notice for details.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) as needed.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.
5. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices — to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email info@meticulousmover.org. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally one month under the GDPR/UK GDPR).
7. International Transfers
We and our service providers may process personal data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to protect your data when it is transferred.

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service (such as authentication and session cookies). Where we use analytics or optional cookies, you can manage your preferences through your browser settings.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
